How would you describe your work?

Raw research of unexpected aspects of life.

Do you differ between commercial and personal work?

I expect a lot from improvisation in my personal work, I do not limit myself and I do not put myself under pressure. The commercial work is a little bit less spontaneous, I plan things ahead, and I draw and think a lot in advance.

What are you working on?

A series of images I shot in Bulgaria, I am editing the story. And hopefully a book.

How does the time factor (deadlines etc.) affect your work?

Deadlines are always a good way to be productive efficiently. For me it is not restrictive but stimulating.

What's your biggest mistake you have made in your creative career?

Sometimes I went too fast on some projects where I should have taken my time. But I have no real regrets; eventually each project is an experience from which I have learned.

What is your biggest problem/fear/challenge in your creative process?

Ideally, to surprise myself by each project I do.

What are some of your main inspirations?

Outsiders, hidden madness…
